School's OUT! 'Nuff said. haha.

Went back to school on Monday and today for meetings. I would say it went pretty well, except for the first day. It was Form Teacher Guidance Period (FTGP) training, and boy I was bawwwwwwd. Together with Qing2, Ivy and Deb, we 4 P3 teachers talked non-stop among ourselves. Haha just like DCM days (where all the PESS students would sit at a table and talk during lesson). Not much info to take home at the end of the day. So kinda waste-of-time. Thank goodness I came up with the idea of ordering Starbucks during lunch and had them delivered to us. Wheee! The rest of the teachers were kinda furious, asking "eh where's mine?".

Today it was department meeting for Acad and Non-acad depts. It was math meeting in the morning. It was kinda interesting, learning new techniques to apply during class, and generating new ideas for next year. All thanks to Andrew, who bought for all of us donuts for the morning. Heh. After lunch it was Non-acad. Again, another interesting meeting. Assigned to be in-charge of the Gymnastics curriculum for next year's P1 to P6. I know it's gonna be a lot of work, but it's only for 4 weeks. Carolyn would be doing up the P1 and P2 SOW for next year. (Oh btw, I'll be teaching 7 classes of P2 PE next year) Assessment for PE would be included as well. Sigh how I wish Carolyn would be teaching almost-full-PE next year too. =/

So since the holidays are here, it's time for me to buck up the training for HK bouldering trip. I'm thankful for an experience in Fontainebleau, and knows how natural bouldering would be like, and what to focus on during training. It's gonna be tough, but I know it will be paid off.
